At our 12/28 meeting, the Building Committee opened the three proposals in response to the RFP we posted in November. Bids were as follows:
Lothrop Associates: $195,000
Nelson Edwards: $220,000
Russell and Dawson: $78,000
The Committee decided to interview representatives of all three firms. Interviews will be held on 1/18/2023, and an award made shortly after that.
