BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
LEGAL NOTICE

Per (CGS §12-110), the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet Wednesday, 3/12/2025 at 7 pm in the Town Hall to hear real estate, personal property and motor vehicle appeals on the 2024 Grand List and 2023 Supplemental list. Appeal applications must be submitted to the Board by 3PM Tuesday, February 20, 2025. Appeal applications are available on the BAA page of the town’s website, www.scotlandct.org. If no one files by February 20, 2025, this meeting will be cancelled.
