NOTICE is hereby given to ALL PERSONS liable to pay taxes on the Grand List of October 1, 2021 in the Town of Scotland, Connecticut: I have a warrant to collect all Real Estate, Personal Property tax with a mill rate of 39.00  and Motor Vehicle tax with a mill rate of 32.46. 

 

Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are due and payable on July 1, 2022 and January 1, 2023. The Motor Vehicle taxes are due and payable on July 1, 2022. The last day to pay the July 1, 2022 installment without interest is August 1, 2022. Payments made or postmarked on August 2, 2022 will be considered LATE and will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the due date, or a minimum of $2.00.

Mail in your tax payments to Revenue Collection Department, PO Box 202, Willimantic CT  06226. It must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2022. 

Pay in person: Monday thru Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday 8am to 7:30pm and Friday 8am to Noon.
