Voter Registration Sessions

On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, the Registrars of Voters will hold office hours at the Scotland Town Hall, 9 Devotion Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in order to accept voter registrations for the upcoming November 7, 2023 municipal election. This is the last regular voter registration session prior to the election and all applicants must appear in person.


On Monday, November 6, 2023, the Registrars of Voters will hold a limited voter registration session in their office at the Scotland Town Hall, 9 Devotion Road, to admit those seeking to register to vote in the November 7, 2023 municipal election, whose qualification as to age, citizenship or residence was attained since October 31, 2023. The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Absentee ballots for the Municipal Election are available from the Scotland Town Clerk during regular business hours.  Completed applications and ballots may be mailed, or delivered, to the Town Clerk, or placed in the secured ballot box outside the Town Hall.  Absentee Ballot Applications can be requested online with the following link:
