In accordance with Section 12-110 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Columbia Board of Assessment Appeals will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 starting at 7:00 p.m. for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to the assessment of motor vehicles on the Grand List of October 1, 2023, and the Supplemental Grand List of October 1, 2022 in the Town of Scotland.

The meeting agenda will be posted to the Town Website prior to the meeting.  

 

Applications are available in the Tax Assessor’s Office or assessor@scotland.org.  Completed applications must be received by Monday, September 02, 2024. Please contact the Assessor at 860-423-9634 with any documentation questions.
