Planning & Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing

The Scotland Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on MONDAY, June 24, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. in Scotland Fire Department at 47 Brook Road, Scotland CT 06264 to hear and consider the following application(s): 

 

PZ2024-003 of Scotland Planning & Zoning Commission (Applicant)- Proposed Amendments to Article 3, Article 4A Section 3 and Section 6 of the Zoning Regulations.

 

 

At this hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. A copy of this petition is available in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 9 Devotion Road, and may be inspected during Town Hall hours.
